Caravan Park

Ballater Caravan Park welcome's new and old customers to come and enjoy your stay at the park. We are proud to do, so having been recognised by the AA with Scotland’s Camp Site of the Year award 2026.

The park is a short walk from the centre of the pretty conservation town of Ballater, located in the heart of beautiful Royal Deeside, towards the eastern half of the Cairngorms National Park. The park is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of Scotland and it is a great favourite of both walkers and cyclists.

 The park caters not only for caravans and motorhomes but also offers great facilities for camping. The park is located half of a mile from the centre of Ballater with its variety of shops and restaurants and just a few minutes’ walk from the golf and bowling clubs. This quiet and beautiful location combined with so many facilities within easy walking distance makes the park very popular with its visitors, especially those using motorhomes.
