Ballater Caravan Park welcome's new and old customers to come and enjoy your stay at the park. We are proud to do, so having been recognised by the AA with Scotland’s Camp Site of the Year award 2026.

Our park in the pretty conservation village of Ballater, located in the heart of beautiful Royal Deeside, set within the eastern half of the Cairngorms National Park. The park is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of Scotland and it is a great favourite of both walkers and cyclists.

Catering not only for caravans and motorhomes, we also offers great facilities for camping. The park is a few minutes stroll from the centre of Ballater with its variety of shops, cafes and restaurants and even closer to the golf and bowling clubs. This quiet and beautiful location combined with so many facilities within easy walking distance makes the park very popular with all our visitors.

Whether you’re here to conquer the rugged Munros or explore the unique shops and cafes of the village, you’ll find your perfect base for exploring the heart of Royal Deeside.
